Alabama currently has a no reciprocity agreements for this license exam.
This exam is required for reciprocity of similar classifications in Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas.
You must have held the similar classification of license for 3-years and be in good standing, for this option. Additional qualifications may apply.
Continuing Education requirements, if required, can be obtained by contacting the licensing board.
The exam is administered by PSI an d costs $96.00
This is an open-book, multiple choice, timed test. A score of 70% is required t pass.
The Business Law exam may be taken as many times as required in a 12-month period.
